- What is the average age of your employees? If it is varied – which age group is
in the majority? - Are they Singles, Couples or Families? ( an approximate split would be helpful)
- What is the nature of work they do? Are they active or office workers?
- Are the majority of your employees male or female or both?
- What percentage of your employees would earn over $50K p.a?
- Who is your default Superannuation Fund?
- Do you have a preferred health fund/corporate health plan at the moment? If so,
who is it with? - Do you engage in any health benefits/awareness programs for your employees
e.g. fruit bowls/remedial massage? - Are there any other employee benefit schemes in place e.g. special loans
